Prioritization
When a new email comes in, Delegate uses built-in rules and an understanding of your preferences and instructions to put in it one of four buckets:
Important and urgent: Like your boss telling you to call him ASAP, or the airline letting you know that your flight is delayed.
Important but not urgent: Maybe you want to see the vendors and totals from every receipt that comes into your inbox, but you don't want to interrupt your flow when they arrive.
Not important: Newsletters, promotions, policy updates, social updates... these are legit emails but we get too many, am I right?
Spam: Literal garbage.
Each email is handled accordingly. Urgent emails are delivered right away so you can deal with them as needed. Important but less urgent emails are put together into a Daily Briefing so you can catch up in one quick message. Unimportant emails aren't proactively shared with you, but you can ask Delegate about them if you want to check in.
